About Mont Rouge
Mont Rouge is a newly lifestyle residential development in Hartbeespoort Dam in the North West province. It is situated on the southern side of the dam along the Sandton-Hartbeespoort Dam road.
The development phase of this project has now been completed and a number of the stands that have been sold, have been registered in the name of the new owners. All services are in place and the electricity and water supply complies with the required standard.
Marketing of the stands continues and an agent has been appointed on a full-time basis by Centroprop, who deals with the marketing, to co-ordinate the sales transactions of the stands.
Current market conditions in lifestyle residential developments are quiet. Because of this stands sell very slowly in the area. It appears that it will be some time before we see an increase in the sale of stands in the area.
